Return Policy

Here at KeKo, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with our product due to an issue with the product, we ask for them to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with a clear image and statement of what went wrong. The customer will be issued a full refund, with no return of the product necessary. If a customer simply does not like the product, we ask that they let us know within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund as well.

Shipping Policy

Due to high demand, please expect 2-4 weeks for shipping.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product from the KeKo Shop, you agree to the following. The KeKo Shop is not liable for the products purchased or any issues in regards to the product. However, the KeKo Shop will provide a refund, of the damaged good only, if the customer contacts the shop within 14 days of receiving the product.
